Alex is a researcher, facilitator and advocate dedicated to creating evidence in support of a reformed international development system. She holds an MPhil in Politics from the University of Oxford and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in International Relations and Theatre Arts. Originally from South Africa, she has lived in Brazil, the U.S. and is currently based in London.

She has extensive experience in consulting for international development stakeholders and has conducted numerous interviews and focus group discussions with women, men, children, elders in conflict and post conflict settings on issues of security, protection, livelihoods and solutions.
Linda joined the team in January 2020 as a Strategic Consultant. She has previously worked for development and peacebuilding NGOs in Bujumbura, New York City and London. Linda has an MA in International Politics and Security Studies from the Department of Peace Studies at the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Birmingham.
Lorriann began her career as an events and research assistant for the Fabian Society and then spent five years working in children's rights policy for Barnardos’ and the NSPCC, before moving into international development as a Senior Policy Adviser for World Vision UK. She joined the ONE Campaign in 2014, where she played a leading role in the campaign to enshrine the 0.7% aid target into UK law, helped to raise billions in development finance for health and education programmes in the poorest countries, and secured ground-breaking policy reforms to fight corruption. The Advocacy Team runs - 'Opening Doors' - a series of events and initiatives that seeks to promote greater diversity in the UK's international development sector.
