 Alex is a researcher, facilitator and advocate dedicated to creating evidence in support of a reformed international development system. She holds an MPhil in Politics from the University of Oxford and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in International Relations and Theatre Arts. Originally from South Africa, she has lived in Brazil, the U.S. and is currently based in London.

Lorriann is Founder & Director of The Advocacy Team, a service for people and organisations working for a just world. Lorriann began her career working at the Fabian Society and then spent five years working in children's rights policy for Barnardos’ and the NSPCC, before moving into international development as a Senior Policy Adviser for World Vision UK. She joined the ONE Campaign in 2014, where she played a leading role in the campaign to enshrine the 0.7% aid target into UK law.

 Saagarika has over 12 years of experience in research, policy development, and programme design for CSSF, DFID, UN agencies, INGOs, governments and donors. She has conducted numerous interviews and focus group discussions with women, men, children, elders in conflict and post conflict settings on issues of security, protection, livelihoods and solutions.
