In addition to our work running the Index, we are available to deliver consultancy projects on different areas related to equity to help organisations become more intentionally equitable. Our team and wider pool of consultants bring a wealth of expertise in a wide range of areas, including creating organisational equity frameworks, designing equity-focused indicators to measure progress both within and across organisations, and advising organisations on how to co-create equitable partnerships or engagements. In all of our work, we adopt an intersectional approach, emphasising aspects of equity as appropriate to the given context.

In 2022, we delivered an online consultation in partnership with CIVICUS on constituent accountability for grassroots organisations, movements, activists and other informal civil society actors. The final report can be accessed here.
We partnered with DIMA again in 2023 to deliver a research project for IDB Invest focused on analysing opportunities to increase levels of digital inclusion for the Afro-Brazilian population and businesses.
